"I recently had an outstanding experience with Dowd Roofing in Glendora that I just had to share. Gary, the owner, personally visited my home to investigate a pesky roof leak near our chimney. He meticulously spent nearly an hour on the roof with a hose, tracing the source of the leak. Surprisingly, he discovered that the problem was with our kitchen vent during heavy rainfalls, not the roof itself. Gary even suggested a simple DIY fix to address the issue. When I offered to pay for his time and expertise, he refused, insisting that he couldn't charge for helping out. In a world where it’s easy to capitalize on someone else’s dilemma, Gary chose honesty and integrity. He didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services; instead, he provided a genuine, trustworthy service. This review is my own initiative to express my gratitude.
