"Dowd Roofing was an excellent choice to Re-roof our home! Gary, the Owner, Foremen Ivan and Chuck, and their Team of workers were incredible doing every aspect of their work. Preparation began with laying tarps all around the home and inside the garage to catch the debris during removal of 'concrete tile laid over wood shake' (a very dirty job). Existing 1"x6" roofing boards, 1"x8" shiplap boards, and 2"x8" facia boards were inspected and changed out as necessary before installing 7/16" OSB roof sheeting. The City Inspector was required to Inspect the wood roofing at this stage before proceeding. New flashing was installed in gutters, around the chimney, around all roof vents, and around the perimeter of the roof. Synthetic underlayment, asphalt shingles and ridge shingles were installed. A special adhesive asphalt roofing interface was installed along the Aluminum Patio Roof to circumvent any leaks. The roof was fitted with 7 O'Hagin roof vents for attic ventilation. All newly installed shiplap boards and facia boards were painted with matching paint we provided. The job of coordinating the old roof removal and hauling it to the landfill, the purchase and delivery of all materials to the job-site, moving new roofing materials to the roof with a conveyor belt, coordination with the City Inspector, installing all the required roofing materials, cleaning up the jobsite, and ending up with a BEAUTIFUL roof... all in a total of 3 continuous days onsite is just AMAZING! We can't thank the Dowd Roofing Team enough for the WONDERFUL job they did!"

"The work that was done looked amazing. There were a few hiccups because of my solar, and Dowd Roofing stayed with me until the end to make sure my roof was taken care of. They were on time and stayed within in the time frame of completion. They made sure that all my belongings were covered prior to the start of their work and they also cleaned up after the work was completed. Communication was clear and prompt. I couldn’t be happier with the work and will be using them in the future. All workers were professional and checked in to make sure all needs were taken care of."
